These Photographs depict what we refer to as Normal Cracking.  One way of defining Normal Cracking isthat cracking that can be resolved with maintenance and depending on the age of the home, painting the home.

The first photograph below shows a wide crack along a corner of the building.  This is common because there often is a corner bead here and/or the wood stud at the corner has twisted with age.  It should be noted that small areas that need to be patched are not considered stucco damage.

I have had some clients request that their stucco be replaced because there was Normal Stucco Cracking on the home.  I have recommended against it, as the stucco will just crack again.
